Ride stats: 200km, 3,200m, 55% off-road: An adventure into the countryside east of Edinburgh. Join us for an epic weekend that will take us from Edinburgh’s seaside town of Portobello, through rolling countryside and into the Lammermuir hills before heading for the rugged coastline of St Abbs head and a wild camp on the edge of the ocean. Day 2 will navigate the sleepy villages of East Lothian, taking us up over Dunbar Common before descending back towards the coast and picking up parts of the John Muir way for a gentle run in back to Portobello. Surfaces will be a mixture of easy going gravel, farm tracks, woodland tracks and quiet back roads.
